Well, I have to admit I like the color shots in both cases. Just seems right to see the muted, natural tones.
Oops...I posted that last comment before I was finished. I was going to say, too, that the color shot of the leaves really captures the play of the sun. Nice.
I love the leaf shots. Nice color and texture.
In the top pair, the color shot shows the light better than the B&W. Very nice shot!
