Baby Bok Choy and Tomato

I cook onions, then add tomatoes and mushrooms, then add the bok choy all chopped up (leaves, "stems," everything), then add spinach last, since it cooks so quickly. Maybe sprinkle some seasonings. Maybe add some pasta.

Ds (who introduced me to bok choy) just chops it up and adds it to all the other veggies he stir fries.
