At a rest stop in Shenandoah National Park (Virginia). These instructions cracked me up. On an official set of directions? #1 and #2? I'll bet our international visitors are still trying to figure this out. And what's with the special coating? Some super duper poison that now I have on my hands? Or does this shade of green repel bacteria?
