It's hard to capture the feel....you need the roaring sound, the spray hitting your face, and some scale to fully experience the falls (they are 120-150 feet high). On the return hike, they are an oh-so-welcome sight, as it means you made it to the top of the hill and have an excuse to stop and breathe--and enjoy the cool spray.

Oh, that is gorgeous!! I *love* waterfalls! That roaring sound is awe-inspiring to me.
